3. Email jpg pictures to bryan@sreiowa.com in numeric order that you want them showcased on the MLS
You may cancel the listing at any time, for any reason, unless your home is under contract. Early termination fee could apply and any upfront fee is non-refundable.
The MLS does not allow us to cancel if a property is under contract.
- We provide all necessary contracts, disclosures, and addendums needed to sell or lease your property.
- We only use state-approved contracts provided by the real estate commission and approved contracts by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
- We will not cross out any language on any of the contracts.
A commission must be paid when listing in the Realtor MLS. See plans which shows total commission paid at closing (includes listing & buyer's agent).
The only way to get on realtor.com is the be listed with a REALTOR® on the MLS. We have set up the MLS to feed your property onto realtor.com.

Once you are on the MLS, your listing will automatically down-load to Zillow & Trulia. Downloading to all web sites is a function of the MLS in your area.

Depending on where your home is located there is a great advantage to get added to more than one MLS boards to ensure all of the agents are seeing your home. Not all agents are a part of all of the MLS boards in the State of Iowa.
