Mountain View Realty is a licensed New Mexico real estate company, not a 3rd party referral company. The broker, Robb Krautbauer has been a licensed real estate broker for 7 years. Mountain View Realty LLC specializes in "Flat fee" listings.
Robb inputs & oversees all of his listings ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Mountain View Realty is a locally owned and operated business. We are members of the local MLS's and input our listings direct. We do not refer listings to other brokers to be input. This is extremely important! Listing directly always offers better service, pricing, and results.
With our "Flat Fee MLS" program you'll save about half, that's the worst-case scenario (if a buyer's agent brings a buyer). Best case, you save everything by finding your own buyer. You have the best of both worlds, great MLS, Realtor.com & other sites exposure AND you retain the right to sell yourself!

Robb got into the real estate industry 10 years ago when he joined forces with his now-retired pastor and his pastor’s son, a real estate broker, and started their journey together to learn all they could to help solve the local real estate crisis.
Robb was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So together that’s what they did. And they worked hard. Within their 1st year together they acquired 16 bank foreclosed properties, renovated them, then resold them to 1st time home buyers.
Over the last 10 years, Robb and his wife have been involved in over 100+ real estate renovations throughout the Greater Albuquerque Metro area.
In 2013 Robb obtained his New Mexico Real Estate License, and in 2016 his New Mexico Brokerage License to help other local investors acquire their own investment properties.
He’s an expert in working with other Investors, Landlords, Absentee Owners selling their rented or vacant properties.
Robb is also a Certified Probate Expert and helps family members with their loved one’s property whether they are the deceased Personal Representative, or they have inherited a property.
Throughout his career, Robb has earned numerous accolades, including:
- 80 fix and flips, buy and hold projects
- 12 private lending or owner financed deals
- Built a million-dollar private equity fund
- 240 transactions as a Realtor
Robb lives in Rio Rancho, NM. He has been married for 30 years to his wife Penny. They have 2 beloved dogs, Junior and Rusty. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family at their Pagosa Springs, CO vacation home and all the outdoor activities that the area has to offer.
